Many of you who know me know how tech suave I am. After all , I built and maintain my own real estate website.  I'm proud to offer such a great site for my clients and customers. And I'm very excited about my new blogging ability.  I guess you can call it a blog diary of a real estate agents adventures in the business.

I'll discuss all my experiences, both good and bad. One of the toughest parts of my job is dealing with for sale by owners that are, well  hostile toward real estate agents.  Their hostility is understandable, after all, they are trying to save themselves the  real estate fees.  I would like them to understand our job, what we do and why we do it. Many do not realize how complicated a real estate deal can get, and how having a real estate agent helps keep deals that would otherwise fall apart, stay together.  This will be a view into real estate that, without the wonderfull technologies we have today, would not be possible for them to know from afar.

And.. did you all catch that article about Fireplaces this week in Newsday. Funny, I had mentioned to a client of mine that he should clear the view to the fireplace, as this was a good selling point. I had no idea that article was coming and there it was!  I have a fireplace and I do so enjoy it.
